i just wanted to say hi to the layton family! i am so glad you guys set this up for sean. i really enjoy reading it. that is great that you had the chance to speak with sean. jesse is loving his mission. has asks all to pray for him that he might recieve the inspiration he needs! love you guys!! megan jorgensen
Hi Megan! What a treat to hear from you! We think of Jesse often -of course, he's serving right next to my old mission...and we all know how the missions in Mexico are about the best anywhere - although I recently have decided to give a nod to the Peruvian ones as well! (GRIN)
I know he is a great missionary and will have success in building up the kingdom of the Lord there.
Make sure you stay in touch! And tell your folks that we miss them here.

Sera un tiempo muy especial para usted y para su familia tambien. Quien sabe, tal vez puede venir aqui a Oregon en los Estados Unidos. :)
Me diga cuando reciba su llamamiento, ?ok? Nos hablamos por email mientras (y tambien cuando usted se va en la mision, verdad? (!Que El Senor le bendiga!)
Sirvio en la mision Mexico, Mexico Sur. Pero ha sido como 26 anos. Por eso, estoy muy animado por Elder Layton - que el va a apreneder el Espanol y podemos comunicarnos asi y me va acordar muchisimas cosas tambien.
que chévere (it's so good) que pudo servir en México, es un país muy hermoso y es casi como Perú, para mí en especial me será fácil comunicarme con usted en español aunque también hablo inglés y portugués muy bien. Me gusta aprender idiomas aunque en la unvierisidad no estoy estudiando docencia de lenguas (Langueages Teacher), estoy estudiando ingeniería de sistemas, estoy en el 2 año o sea el 3er ciclo, ya no llevaré el 4to ciclo porque tendré de irme a la misión, aún no sé a dónde iré pero adónde me mande el profeta iré, estoy muy feliz de que podré servir a nuestro Padre Celestial (our heavenly Father) y lo haré con honor!!!..Amo este evangelio!!!!
